I’ve been working in and with small businesses for over fifteen years. I know first hand both how difficult and how exciting being in business can be.
For many years I worked in Information Technology and Operations management and learnt the skills that are required to keep a small business running efficiently. All this time I read and studied about sales and marketing and was involved in many marketing projects, rolling out Customer Relationship Management systems, presenting to board directors about developing customer relationships and building several highly successful websites that increased sales and customer satisfaction.
I looked for an opportunity to bring my background, experience and desire together to help other small businesses and in 2011 established Fresh Eyes Consultancy Limited.
When clients work with me they get a partner in building their business. A partner they can talk to whenever they need to, about whatever they need to.
I help small business owners focus on what’s important and what they need to do in order to get results, and then help them every step of the way.
